This will be three days of concentrated oil painting instruction.  Two days will be devoted to studio work using various still life setups.  The final day (weather permitting) will be a paint-out in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

Festival will showcase visual artists whose work has been juried for the event.  Patricia Regan has been invited as a guest artist whose work will be on exhibit.  She will give a 2 hour lecture and demonstration for the participating artists of the festival at 10 a.m. on Sat., February 27, 2010.
